Summary
This study looked at whether combining mental health care with vocational rehabilitation helps people on sick leave due to anxiety or depression return to work sooner. Over 600 participants from Denmark were randomly assigned to receive stepped mental health care alone or integrated with job support. The main goal was to measure time to return to work for more than four consecutive weeks.
