Summary

This study follows 150 adults with sporadic inclusion body myositis (sIBM), a rare muscle disease, for two years. Researchers will measure muscle strength, breathing, and swallowing every six months to understand how the disease progresses. No treatments are tested—the goal is to gather information that could help design future therapies.
