Summary

This observational study looks at how diet and physical activity may influence muscle health in people with inclusion body myositis (IBM), a rare muscle disease. Researchers will compare 47 adults with IBM to healthy volunteers aged 40 and older. Participants will track their eating and activity at home for four weeks, then visit a university for body composition and muscle function tests. The goal is to see if dietary factors play a role in managing IBM.
