Could skipping groin radiation improve life for anal cancer patients?

Summary
This study looks at whether it is safe to skip preventive radiation to the groin in people with early-stage anal cancer who have no signs of cancer in their groin lymph nodes. About 45 participants will receive standard treatment but without groin radiation. Researchers want to see if this approach works just as well while causing fewer side effects and improving quality of life.
