Summary
This phase 2 trial tests a new way to deliver radiation therapy for anal cancer using MRI guidance to adjust doses based on each patient's risk level. About 80 adults with anal squamous cell carcinoma will receive different radiation schedules depending on their tumor risk group. The study aims to see if this personalized approach can improve local tumor control and reduce side effects.
