Summary

This study tests two phone-based programs—brief behavioral therapy for insomnia and brief mindfulness training—in 200 adults with HIV, chronic pain, and insomnia. The goal is to see which approach better improves sleep quality, reduces pain, and may slow biological aging. Participants must be 25-65, on stable HIV treatment, and have moderate to severe insomnia.
