Summary

This pilot study aims to understand the brain mechanisms behind insomnia by testing a drug that may reduce overactivity in a specific brain region during sleep. Fifteen adults with insomnia will receive the drug and a placebo in random order. The main goal is to measure brain wave patterns, not to treat insomnia directly.
