This study tested whether inositol, a natural supplement, can lower high testosterone levels in women with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). 154 women with PCOS took different doses of inositol to see which dose works best. The goal is to improve hormone balance and reduce symptoms like irregular periods and insulin resistance.
