Summary
This study aims to understand why many people with Turner syndrome experience hearing loss. Researchers will analyze blood samples and perform hearing, balance, and imaging tests on 150 adults with Turner syndrome and healthy controls. The goal is to find specific genetic and epigenetic patterns linked to hearing loss, which could lead to new treatments that delay or replace the need for hearing aids.
