Summary
This study is testing an inhaled drug called GDC-6988 in people with lung diseases that cause mucus buildup, such as COPD and non-cystic fibrosis bronchiectasis. The main goals are to see if the drug is safe and how well it works. About 128 participants will take the drug using a special inhaler, and researchers will monitor for side effects and changes in lung function.
