Summary
This study tests whether inhaling cannabis with high THC can reduce PTSD symptoms in 320 U.S. veterans. Participants will receive either high-THC cannabis or a placebo and be monitored for changes in symptom severity and daily functioning. The goal is to provide reliable evidence on a treatment already widely used by people with PTSD.
