Summary
This study tested whether a special thermal camera can detect inflammation in the guts of children with Crohn disease by measuring heat patterns on their belly. 43 children aged 4 to 17 took part. The goal was to see if this quick, painless method could replace or reduce the need for stool tests and scopes.
