Summary
This early-phase trial aimed to see how well the drug infigratinib reaches brain tumors in patients with recurrent high-grade glioma (a type of brain cancer) who were scheduled for surgery. Only 7 of the planned 20 participants were enrolled before the study was terminated. The main goal was to measure drug levels in tumor tissue, blood, and spinal fluid after a single dose.
