Summary

This Phase 3 trial tests whether giving immune globulin (IGI) regularly can prevent serious infections in adults with multiple myeloma who are receiving a bispecific antibody therapy. About 183 participants will be randomly assigned to get IGI right away for 12 months or only after a serious infection occurs. The study aims to see if early, routine use of IGI reduces the number of serious infections compared to waiting until an infection happens.
