NCT ID NCT05763875
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tested a new medicine called inclisiran in 350 people with high cholesterol who were not taking any other cholesterol drugs. The goal was to see if inclisiran could lower 'bad' LDL cholesterol more than a placebo or another drug called ezetimibe. Participants received either inclisiran, ezetimibe, or a placebo, and their cholesterol levels were measured after 150 days.
