New shot may slash 'Bad' cholesterol after heart attacks

Summary
This study tests whether adding a drug called inclisiran to standard care can lower 'bad' LDL cholesterol more than standard care alone in people who have recently had a heart attack, stroke, or urgent heart procedure. About 520 adults will be randomly assigned to receive either inclisiran plus usual care or usual care alone. The main goal is to see how much LDL cholesterol drops over 330 days.
