New shot after heart attack may cut future risks

Summary
This study tests whether giving a cholesterol-lowering drug called inclisiran soon after a heart attack can reduce the chance of another heart problem within a year. About 300 adults in Russia who have had a heart attack and high cholesterol will receive the drug early. Researchers will track heart-related events, cholesterol levels, and safety over 12 months.
