Summary
This early-phase trial is testing an experimental drug called INBRX-106, alone or combined with the immunotherapy Keytruda, in people with advanced solid tumors (including lung, head and neck, melanoma, and others) that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goals are to check safety, find the best dose, and see if the combination can shrink tumors. About 296 adults are taking part across multiple sites.
