New drug inavolisib tested for Tough-to-Treat breast cancer

Summary

This study is for people with a type of advanced breast cancer that has a specific gene change (PIK3CA) and has stopped responding to hormone therapy. It will track how well the drug inavolisib works and what side effects occur in about 500 participants in China. The goal is to see if this treatment can help control the cancer.
