Summary
This study looked at 558 adults with mild to moderate sleep apnea who also don't get enough sleep. The goal was to find which of two programs works best to reduce daytime sleepiness. Researchers measured sleepiness with a questionnaire and also checked blood pressure and blood vessel health.
