This study works with 40 veterans diagnosed with PTSD to understand why many delay starting recommended therapies like cognitive processing therapy or prolonged exposure therapy. Researchers will look at the order of treatments veterans receive and develop a program to help them transition to effective therapy more quickly. The goal is to improve care and reduce gaps in treatment.
