This study tests a computer system that automatically finds fatty liver disease on emergency room scans and alerts doctors to tell patients and arrange follow-up care. About 4,700 adults with fatty liver seen on an ER scan will take part. The goal is to improve how often this hidden condition is diagnosed and managed, especially in those at high risk for liver damage.
