Summary

This study looks at whether a special health check for older adults (called a geriatric assessment) can help them and their caregivers talk more effectively with doctors about age-related concerns during cancer treatment. About 479 patients, caregivers, and clinic staff are taking part. The goal is to see if this approach improves quality of life, reduces side effects, and can be easily used in community cancer clinics.
