Summary
This study compares two strategies for starting buprenorphine treatment in adults with opioid use disorder who use fentanyl. Participants will be randomly assigned to either a low-dose initiation or a direct-to-inject protocol. The goal is to see which approach helps people stay in treatment longer and reduces withdrawal symptoms and cravings.
