Summary

This study compares three different therapy approaches to help people with cervical spinal cord injury improve arm, hand, and trunk control. Ninety-nine participants will complete 40 therapy sessions over 8 weeks, with follow-up at 12 weeks. The goal is to find which method works best for regaining functional movement.
