Summary

This pilot study tested a surgical technique using an implant-free bone graft to treat anterior shoulder dislocation with bone loss. Twenty patients were evaluated for safety and improvement in shoulder function over 24 months using the DASH questionnaire. The goal was to see if this approach can stabilize the shoulder without permanent implants.
