This study tests whether adding brain-challenging exercises (like reacting to lights while moving) to standard physical therapy helps people recover better after shoulder stabilization surgery. Thirty-two adults who had surgery for shoulder instability will be randomly assigned to either standard rehab alone or standard rehab plus neurocognitive loading.
