Summary

This study looked at whether cancer survivors living in rural areas can create their own survivorship care plans and learn via telehealth to improve their knowledge and confidence. 261 adults who finished treatment for breast, colorectal, lung, prostate cancer, or lymphoma took part. Researchers checked how accurate the self-made plans were and how well the education sessions worked.
