New immunotherapy combos tested in liver-spread colorectal cancer

Summary

This study tests different combinations of immunotherapy drugs (with or without radiation) in people with colorectal cancer that has spread to the liver and who are scheduled for surgery. The goal is to see if these combinations change the immune environment in the liver tumors and are safe. About 24 participants will be randomly assigned to one of three treatment groups and followed for up to 2 years.
