New immunotherapy cocktails aim to boost immune attack on liver tumors

Summary
This study tests different combinations of immunotherapy drugs (with or without radiation) in 24 people with colorectal cancer that has spread to the liver and who are scheduled for surgery. The goal is to see if these combinations can change the immune environment inside the liver tumors and whether they are safe. Participants receive infusions before and after surgery and are followed for up to 2 years.
