Summary
This study tests a surgical procedure called immediate lymphatic reconstruction (ILR) done at the same time as lymph node removal in breast cancer patients. The goal is to prevent lymphedema, a painful arm swelling that can occur after surgery. Researchers will follow 100 women to see if ILR reduces swelling and improves quality of life.
