Summary
This study is testing whether a supplement called IDP can make colds and flu shorter and less severe in people aged 60 and older. About 300 participants will take either the supplement or a placebo daily during cold and flu season, reporting their symptoms through a smartphone app. The goal is to see if the supplement helps reduce how often people get sick and how bad symptoms are.
