Summary
This study tests a 16-week group exercise program called the Ideomotor Program in 158 healthy adults aged 50 and older. Ideomotor Group Exercise Program
What this could lead to
If it works, this could offer a simple, social exercise program to help older adults stay sharp, steady, and happy.
What could go wrong
This is a small, early-stage trial in healthy volunteers. The exercise program may not improve thinking or movement more than standard activities, and results may not apply to everyone.
