First seen Nov 05, 2025 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 29 times

Summary

This study tests a special sleep and light routine (called a chronobundle) for 160 critically ill adults in the ICU. The goal is to realign their body clocks, which are often disrupted, to improve sleep quality and metabolism. Participants will receive the bundle or standard care, and researchers will measure heart rate and urine markers to see if the approach works.
