Summary

This study tests whether a constructive ICU diary can reduce stress, sleep problems, and fatigue in family caregivers of ICU patients on ventilators. About 142 caregivers will be invited to keep a diary during their loved one's ICU stay. Researchers will measure changes in sleep, fatigue, stress, and coping using standard questionnaires.
