Can simple staff support fix broken ICU care?

Summary
This study aims to find the best way to help intensive care unit (ICU) teams consistently use a proven set of care practices known as the ABCDEF bundle. Researchers will test two different support strategies for hospital staff across 12 ICUs, involving about 8,100 critically ill adult patients on breathing machines. The goal is to learn which method works better to get these life-improving practices used regularly, especially in hospitals serving vulnerable communities.
