Summary
This study aims to see if a new, quick bedside blood test can predict which critically ill patients are most likely to die within 30 days. Researchers will enroll 130 adults in the ICU with severe conditions like sepsis, shock, or major trauma. They will compare the new finger-prick style device to standard lab tests to see if it provides reliable results.
