New diabetes pill shows promise for patients stuck on ozempic

Summary
This study tests a new daily pill, icovamenib, for people with type 2 diabetes who still have high blood sugar despite taking Ozempic. About 60 adults will receive either the pill or a placebo for 12 weeks. The main goal is to see if the pill lowers HbA1c (a measure of blood sugar control) better than a placebo.
