Summary

This study looks at people with chest pain (angina) but no major blockages in their heart arteries. During a standard angiogram, doctors will perform an extra diagnostic test to see if it helps guide treatment. Half the participants will have the test results shared with their doctor, while the other half will not. The goal is to see if this approach improves symptoms, quality of life, and heart health over time.
