Summary
This study tests whether using lung ultrasound to guide fluid removal in adults hospitalized for acute heart failure leads to shorter hospital stays and fewer readmissions. Researchers will compare ultrasound-guided care to standard physical exams in 222 participants. The goal is to improve symptoms and quality of life while reducing time spent in the hospital.
