Summary
This study observed patients with Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis in Poland who were receiving vedolizumab treatment, either by IV infusion or a newer under-the-skin injection. Researchers tracked which treatment method patients stayed on longer and why some switched or stopped. The goal was to gather real-world information on how these treatments are used and how patients fare over two years.
