NCT ID NCT04989907

First seen Jan 09, 2026 · Last updated Jun 11, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study watched 92 adults with inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn's or ulcerative colitis) who were taking vedolizumab as either an IV infusion or a shot under the skin. Researchers did not give any treatment but simply recorded which route patients chose, why they switched or stopped, and how long they stayed on the medicine. The goal was to understand real-world treatment patterns, not to test a new therapy.
