Summary
This study is testing a new self-management program designed to help people with active Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis. Researchers want to see if teaching patients specific skills and behaviors can improve their quality of life and health outcomes. The main goal of this small pilot is to check if the program is practical to run and acceptable to participants before a larger study.
