Summary
This study tests a new drug called IAH0968, given alone or with chemotherapy (CAPEOX), in people with advanced HER2-positive stomach cancer or other solid tumors. The goal is to see if the combination is safe and helps slow cancer growth better than standard treatment. About 574 adults aged 18-75 who have not had prior systemic therapy may join.
