Targeted radiation after lung cancer surgery aims to stop return

Summary
This study tests whether adding a precise type of radiation therapy (I²-PORT) after lung cancer surgery can help prevent the cancer from coming back. Participants have non-small cell lung cancer with remaining cancer in lymph nodes after initial treatment. The trial compares standard care (chemotherapy or immunotherapy) alone versus standard care plus the targeted radiation. About 164 people will take part.
