Summary
This study will compare two surgical approaches for removing the uterus for benign (non-cancerous) conditions like fibroids or heavy bleeding. Researchers will follow 500 patients for three years to see which method—total removal or partial removal—leads to better long-term quality of life and fewer complications. The goal is to help doctors and patients choose the surgery with the best long-term results.
