Summary
This study is testing the safety and early effectiveness of a new medical procedure that targets nerves in both the kidney and liver to help lower blood pressure. It is for adults with uncontrolled high blood pressure, including those with other heart or kidney risks. The goal is to see if this combined approach can safely reduce blood pressure where medications alone may not be enough.
