Summary
This study tests whether a new drug combination works better than single drugs for people with both high blood pressure and type 2 diabetes. About 228 adults will take either the combination pill or a single drug for 12 weeks. Researchers will check blood pressure and blood sugar levels to see which approach is safer and more effective.
