First seen May 05, 2026 · Last updated Jun 18, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study tests whether a new combination drug works better than taking two separate medicines for people with both high blood pressure and type 2 diabetes. About 228 adults will take either the combo pill or a single-ingredient pill for 12 weeks. Researchers will check changes in blood pressure and blood sugar levels to see which approach is safer and more effective.
