Remote monitoring tested to tame stubborn high blood pressure

Summary
This study is testing two different care approaches to help people with uncontrolled high blood pressure. About 130 participants will use either a mix of virtual and in-person visits or virtual-only care to manage their condition. Researchers want to see which approach helps people better control their blood pressure over one to two years and improves their experience with care.
