First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study looks at how common joint hypermobility (being extra flexible) and pain are in 100 female patients aged 13–25 with anorexia nervosa or atypical anorexia. Researchers want to know if hypermobility causes pain and if jaw joint problems make eating harder. Participants will have their joint flexibility measured and answer pain questionnaires.
